To make an appointment, please call (770) 714-1970 From Monroe: Take Hwy 138 Toward Conyers. Nunnaly Farm Road is Approximately 2 miles on the Right. Turn Right, High Grove will be on your left. From Conyers: Take Hwy 138 toward Monroe. Approximately 4 miles after the stoplight in Walnut Grove (Hwy 81), turn left onto Nunnaly Farm Road. High Grove will be on the left. From Snellville/ Loganville: Take Hwy 78 East, Turn Right onto Broadnax Mill Road. Go through 1st 4-way stop. Turn Left onto Thompson Mill Road. Thompson Mill becomes Giles Road, which then becomes Nunnally Farm Road. High Grove Will be on the right.
